Appointments can be made via phone or website. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments should take place a minimum of 6 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, missed appointments will be charged for in full.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 – 17:00.
Wednesday: 8:00 – 13:00.
Saturday: 9:00 – 12:00 (On appointment only).
Sunday and Public Holiday: Closed.
Payments
Prime Spine is a cash practice.
Initial consultation fee = R 550.00
Follow up consultation fee = R 400.00
Patients are required to settle the payment with every consultation.
A formal invoice will be made available to each patient in order to settle claims with their respective medical aid.
Card facilities are available.
